Returns / Conditions


As it pertains to online / shipped orders:

We’re always confident that you’ll receive your merchandise in great condition, but we know mishaps can occur during transit. If you need replacement parts after you have opened your boxes, during assembly, or after you have finished – No need to worry. All Sauder furniture is covered by either a 1-year, 2-year, or 5-year warranty. Simply call Sauder Woodworking’s award winning customer service department at 1-800-523-3987 or visit www.sauder.com to have warranty replacement parts immediately shipped to your door, free of charge.

Return Policy: If for any reason you decide not to assemble the product (and the box is unopened), contact us at the store to arrange a return within seven days of receipt for credit consideration.  Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received (unopened) – sorry, but re-boxing will not be accepted.  All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit.  The credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited upon receipt and inspection. Any credit will be less both the original and return shipping charges. The return shipping charge may be different than the original shipping charge. If shipping charges exceed the return credit, no return credit will be available.

If delivery of the furniture was refused due to damage during transit, please contact us immediately to arrange replacement or credit at sauderfurnitureco@gmail.com or simply call our store at 904-288-4448 Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

Note: We will credit your original method of payment within 24-48 hours of receiving your return item(s). After your credit card or payment processor receives the credit, it could be an additional 24-48 hours before the refund posts to your account.

Cancellation Policy

We start to process online orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations of your order once it has been placed.

 

As it pertains to in-store orders only:

All Sauder furniture purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days. All boxes must be in original packages and unopened.  Assembled furniture is non refundable. We strive to make all of our customers happy, so please contact us by email at sauderfurnitureco@gmail.com or simply call and ask for a store manager if you need assistance Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 904-288-4448 (Eastern Time).

Returns: Sauder Furniture is not considered “special order”. Therefore, all Sauder Furniture is eligible for return or cancellation. However, our Southerland Mattresses and Standard Furniture Manufacturing products ARE considered special order. Therefore, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellation from those two manufactures.
